SETH WILLIAMS

A Grand Marais native, Seth discovered his passion for carpentry at a young age while creating various forts and treehouses around his family's hobby farm. Growing up in the family-run Boundary Waters outfitting business, Seth recognized the importance of hard work from a young age and found that he shared his parents' passion for entrepreneurship.

While attending college in Madison, Wisconsin, Seth started working for a General Contractor, where his love of construction and design grew. Knowing he wanted to return to Grand Marais to raise a family in his hometown, he brought his construction skillset back to Cook County and began working as a general contractor. 

With 15 years of experience and his well-rounded knowledge base, Seth's approach to construction is to create true partnerships with each of his clients. He loves being a part of the creative process and loves helping his clients through every part of a construction project.

KELSI WILLIAMS

Kelsi joined her husband on the SDW Construction team in 2018. Kelsi's background as Vice President of Project Management & Construction is a natural fit for the SDW team. With a BFA in Interior Design, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and a background in hospitality project management, Kelsi brings a unique skill set to the SDW Construction team. She enjoys sharing her passion for business, real estate, interior design, and construction with Cook County.

In her free time, Kelsi enjoys spending time with her husband Seth, their four children, their Goldendoodle Maddie, and their cat Frankie.
